Yup, we’ve all been there before. Problem is, most of us didn’t have any idea how to stop, well…being there! That’s where I come in. Together we make a plan for you to follow, step by step. No guess work. The best news? You can’t really do it wrong!
Here’s what you get:
You get week to week workouts with progressions written based on training status and goals.
Typically you will get 3-4 work outs per week - you let me know what you can handle.
Each work out can have a separate training focus
Strength / Power / Conditioning / Mobility
Work outs designed with your time in mind. You tell me what you can afford time wise and I build it for you.
Just like the monthly programming - Sets / Reps / How much, how long etc… / Rest - all that good stuff included.
I check in with you 1 x per week for accountability and to answer questions.
We video conference 1 x each month for 20 minutes maximum.
Face time with Mark - Yeaaaaah!
Or….Do I have to? It’s all up to you. Not required 🤔
We go month to month. No long term contracts.
