Yup, we’ve all been there before. Problem is, most of us didn’t have any idea how to stop, well…being there! That’s where I come in. Together we make a plan for you to follow, step by step. No guess work. The best news? You can’t really do it wrong!

Here’s what you get:

  • You get week to week workouts with progressions written based on training status and goals.

    • Typically you will get 3-4 work outs per week - you let me know what you can handle.

    • Each work out can have a separate training focus

      • Strength / Power / Conditioning / Mobility

    • Work outs designed with your time in mind. You tell me what you can afford time wise and I build it for you.

      • Just like the monthly programming - Sets / Reps / How much, how long etc… / Rest - all that good stuff included.

  • I check in with you 1 x per week for accountability and to answer questions.

  • We video conference 1 x each month for 20 minutes maximum.

    • Face time with Mark - Yeaaaaah!

      • Or….Do I have to? It’s all up to you. Not required 🤔

  • We go month to month. No long term contracts.

    • I love the K.I.S.S method - Keep It Simple Shrop!

    • I collect payment up front - you get your months worth of work outs. Done.

      • We can tweek things as necessary during out video conference or weekly check in.

    • Don’t like it or change your mind? - Stop any time.
