Mark Shropshire MS, President and CEO of Shropshire Sports Training, brings over 30 years of experience working with elite athletes and high-performing professionals who demand results. His system blends physical training with mental performance to build strength, resilience, and unshakable confidence—so you can perform when it matters most.
Mark has worked with athletes from the NFL, MLB, NHL, and professional soccer, as well as elite tactical professionals from the U.S. Marshals, U.S. Secret Service, SWAT, Naval Special Warfare, Coast Guard Aviation Survival Technicians and Army Special Operations. He has also helped collegiate athletes across all NCAA levels elevate their performance and durability.
This isn’t theory—it’s a proven system developed and refined in high-stakes environments.
As a Certified Original Strength Master Instructor, the highest level in the Original Strength system, Mark has taught workshops nationwide and internationally, including Original Strength: Pressing Reset, Pro Reset, and Performance. He has also collaborated with Johns Hopkins Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation on Prime, Pattern, Power.
Mark is also the creator of X-Factor Training—a results-driven system designed to restore foundational movement, unlock performance, and build a body that can handle real-world demands.
He is co-author of Original Strength Performance: The Next Level and Pressing Reset for Healthy Shoulders, and holds credentials as a Kettlebell Instructor, Level II FMS and CKFMS practitioner, and Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

The Build Your Body Program, hosted by OSI-Online, is all you’ll ever need! Ok - that’s a bit of a stretch, but it is a cool program. Each work out includes:

- Build Your Body - You’ll get shredded and build muscle
- Metabolic Finishers - Burn fat fast!
The program is 8 weeks long 3x per week. Each work out is about 45 minutes long. Short. Not so sweet. To the point.

Fatal Finishers isn’t for the faint of heart and it’s more of a product versus a course or a program. Within this product you’ll find 18 different ‘finishers’ to add to the end of your own training program or even just do as your standalone workout when you want someone to tell you what to do and kick your butt (in a smart way).
You’ll find a variety of finishers that range between 10 minutes of time to 22+ minutes of time. Many finishers within this program utilize your own bodyweight and kettlebells/dumbbells.
