Check out this book I co - wrote with Tim Anderson and Chip Morton!

Tim is the “OG” of OS - he created this system! Tim is a highly sought after international level speaker and and has authored numerous books on the subject of movement restoration, strength and wellbeing. Chip has coached at the Division 1 (Ohio State, Penn State, U of South Carolina) and NFL (San Diego Chargers, Carolina Panthers, Baltimore Ravens, Washington Redskins and Cincinnati Bengals) his entire career spanning over 35 years. Together, we created a way to weave the worlds of movement restoration, strength and conditioning and coaching theory into one seriously awesome book!

In addition to the book, we created a one day workshop (also available online) and accompanying manual to dive DEEP into how to utilize the hidden secrets buried with in the Original Strength RESETs. These secrets, when combined with appropriate strength and conditioning modules deliver human performance that is truly “Next Level”.

If you are looking for the next wave of training and want to be ahead of the curve - you’ll want to add this to your library.

R.I.P. old body - Hello New Body!

The Build Your Body Program, hosted by OSI-Online, is all you’ll ever need! Ok - that’s a bit of a stretch, but it is a cool program. Each work out includes:

- Pressing Reset to Optimize Movement

- Cementing the X - a savage core training program

- Build Your Body - You’ll get shredded and build muscle

- Metabolic Finishers - Burn fat fast!

The program is 8 weeks long 3x per week. Each work out is about 45 minutes long. Short. Not so sweet. To the point.

Through the course of my career, I have traveled the world meeting some of the best and brightest healthcare professionals and athletes the industry has to offer.
Having worked with Mark personally and professionally for the past 15 years, I look to him as a thought leader, life-long learner, and role model for those who aspire to be an athlete in same way as those who are at threat of retiring as one from injury.
Mark finds a way to integrate all that he’s learned and practiced through the course of his career to meet his clients needs where they are at functionally and inspire them to accomplish more than they thought possible. He has challenged me to be a better physical therapist by sharing his expertise in the world of strength and conditioning.
Simply put, Mark is a difference-maker, one of the best and brightest in the world.
