Executive Programming
Sometimes it’s necessary to delegate responsibilities. You make decisions all day long. I get it. The last thing you want to do is make more of them in the gym. Do any of these things sound like you?
I want to feel like I accomplished something at the end of my work out.
I like to work out (most times) but I keep on doing the same tired old stuff and I just don’t know what else is out there.
I want to work out, I know it’s important…I just don’t feel like I have enough time.
I know I should start this fitness thing (again) but I’ve always got hurt in the past. What should I do?
If any of those resonate with you, I can help.
We can program sessions to meet what ever it is you are looking for:
Movement Restoration
General Fitness
Strength / Power
I can help you achieve your fitness goals and create a healthy balance with your work life.
Here’s what you get:
We start with an initial evaluation of what you are doing now and how you are doing it.
Based off the eval - your training history and where you are now, we can begin.
We establish a starting point and move from there.
I’ll work with you to teach what needs to be learned and polish up what you already know.
You’ll get week to week work outs with progressions written based on training status and goals.
Every other week we have video mini meetings (about 15 - 20 minutes) that help hold you accountable.
Adjustments to the program can be made and discussed - this is your time to bounce things off of me to maximize your time and investment in your self.
We can check on your form or just sit and talk about what ever is on your mind at the time.
I want to make sure you’re getting the most out of this!
1 video training session per week.
I lead you through your work out from start to finish.
Exercise tips and corrections are made as necessary.
Cost:
Due to the exclusive nature of these programs, I am only able to provide two of these types of programs at one time.
Your costs the old way:
Gym Membership - $80- $120 per month
Most people over estimate the time they will spend in the gym by as much as 70%.
Adding family members?
Personal Training - 1 hour session $80 - $125
@ 1 session per week x 4 weeks = $320 - $500 per month
Group Classes - some gyms are free - others…..no so much.
Total cost at the end of each month? Ball park it at $400 - $670
Plus you get all the perks of:
Wiping off other peoples sweat
Wondering if the things you’re touching are clean or not
Sharing equipment (see above), or just plain having to wait for what you want to use
Naked guys that hang out too long in the locker room (no pun intended)
Extra time taken driving to the gym and then having to fight for parking spots once you are there
Or - here’s a different approach:
$497 per month. That’s $16.34 per day. You get more, you spend less. That’s one decision that’s not so hard to make. But, I am biased.
